Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. It should not show any signs of damage, or tampering.
- Tampering or Mishandling: Items that have been tampered with, mishandled, or damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned or refunded.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Refund Process:
Once the returned item is inspected and verified to meet the above conditions, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
